In Unternehmen werden die Rechte von Benutzern meist stark eingeschränkt. Vor allem die Systemsteuerung gibt dem Benutzer viele Möglichkeiten Einstellungen vorzunehmen. Die Systemsteuerung kann deaktiviert werden, wie in einem früheren Beitrag beschrieben. Allerdings können auch einzelne Elemente in der Systemsteuerung deaktiviert werden, beziehungsweise einzelne Reiter in der Systemsteuerung gesperrt werden. Dafür gibt es eine vorgegebene Gruppenrichtlinie / GPO. Wie man die Systemsteuerungsymbole ausblenden kann, lest ihr hier bei uns.
Systemsteuerungsymbole ausblenden – Gruppenrichtlinie / GPO
Um nun einzelne Systemsteuerungsymbole in der Systemsteuerung sperren oder deaktivieren zu können, ist eine Gruppenrichtlinie / GPO im Active Directory notwendig. Windows Benutzer sollen natürlich nicht vollen Zugriff auf die Elemente der Systemsteuerung bekommen. Die komplette Systemsteuerung kann auch gesperrt werden, aber hierzu mehr im Beitrag ganz unten.
Hierzu ist eine Benutzer Gruppenrichtlinie / GPO notwendig, die unter folgendem Pfad zu finden ist:

In dieser GPO müssen die Elemente angegeben werden, um die Systemsteuerungsymbole ausblenden zu können. Natürlich weiß niemand die genauen “Canonical Names” der Systemsteuerungselemente. Hierzu gibt es Gottseidank eine Überlicht / Liste von Microsoft.
